Puppy (Primary) or Restart Vaccinations

With primary or restart vaccinations, there are two doses of vaccinations required. To be fully vaccinated your pet will have the first dose and then after three/to four weeks the second dose will be given. Two weeks after the second dose, your pet is fully vaccinated and they can explore the outside to their heart's content, and we can happily look after them in our kennels!

Because of this, if your pet is getting a primary or restart vaccination, this needs to be booked in with your vet at least 6 weeks before the start date of any booking with us.

Vaccinations

Your pet needs to be up to date with their vaccination booster jabs required annually, and if due please ensure they are administered at least 2 weeks before staying and do not expire during a stay.

Vaccination Cards must be produced at each visit, or an email forwarded from your vet confirming vaccination details and administered dates. Regrettably, if we are unable to confirm your pet is fully vaccinated, we must refuse entry for boarding, and the full booking charge will apply.

It’s very important to keep up to date with your pet's vaccination needs for a multitude of reasons, and especially when looking for care for your pet in a boarding facility, this should be a requirement to ensure the health and well-being of all residents.

Flea and Worming Treatment

We also require all pets to be fully up to date with all necessary preventative worming and flea treatments. If your pet is showing any signs of parasites, we unfortunately won't be able to look after them during your holiday.
